Products are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

Used or damaged products not caused during shipping

3. Return Process

Once approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

4. Replacement / Refund
After inspection, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be processed within 15 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
